Abstract

ABSTRACT The present research in relation to the subject that raises "Factors that influence in the motivation and work in team of teachers of the Institute of Basic Education by Cooperative with Guidance in Computing of San Pablo Jocopilas, Suchitepéquez", it was done with the purpose of establishing what are the factors that affect the lack of motivation and teamwork of teachers of the institute. The research tools used were Likert scale-type survey reports for teachers, students and parents. Also a cedula of interview to the director and observation in the corridors of the educative object under investigation. Thus, based on the data obtained in the present investigation, it was established that the factors that affect teachers' lack of motivation and teamwork are several, among which we can mention: work incentives, wage arrears, accommodation teacher, teacher favoritism, individual differences, lack of leadership and lack of fellowship at work. In virtue that those who have detected this problem through the research instruments are the students, the director and in some cases the teachers themselves. Therefore, it is confirmed the lack of motivation and teamwork of the teachers of the institute mentioned. Causing poor educational quality.
