Abstract
Generar un plan de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional bajo la Norma ISO 45001 en las bodegas del Instituto Nacional de Comercialización Agrícola (INDECA), así diagnosticar la situación actual y mejorar el sistema de manejo de alimentos, para obtener procesos más eficientes y optimizar recursos.
