Abstract

ABSTRACT The investigation was carried out in an INEBD institute of Chicacao Suchitepéquez, this process began by means of observation, which allowed to show that among the students there was a negative factor, this being the absence of moral values, a situation that led to want to deepen Said problematization. To guide the research, the following question was asked: Is the lack of promoting values at home one of the main reasons why students show inappropriate behavior? Being fundamental to direct this process. Surveys were prepared and after that, students and staff were employed, answering the question because the majority of respondents agreed that parents have not fulfilled their awareness, in addition to this it was shown that in the educational center the discipline commission does not fulfill its function fully. As a final part, a proposal for actions to be implemented as possible solutions was developed, so that within the establishment training workshops can be implemented with the educational community
