Abstract

Abstract This research study was developed in relation to the topic of interpersonal relations in the educational community of the National School of Commercial and Basic Ascribed Sciences of Mazatenango, Suchitepéquez, it is based on improving the aforementioned relationships through activities that promote peaceful coexistence between members and therefore improve interpersonal relationships. For this purpose, descriptive research was used, because through it it was possible to describe the educational reality that exists regarding the subject of interpersonal relations in the educational community of the School. Factors were also determined that limited the effective development of relationships, and therefore hinder the administrative and pedagogical activities within the institution. According to the research carried out, it is determined that in the School, the members have deficiencies to relate effectively, which requires an intervention plan that contributes to the improvement of interpersonal relations, through coexistence activities that promote teamwork, dialogue, assertive communication, the practice of values such as empathy, respect, tolerance and responsibility.
