Abstract

Abstract The research focused on the virtual educational strategies used by the teaching staff of the Institute of Basic Education by Cooperativa Rio Bravo and how the director of the previously described educational entity acted before this educational reality from her function, which has the purpose of maintaining Innovative pedagogical and administrative actions that allow students to learn interactively in a virtual setting that will act as a complement to face-to-face educational activities. For this, a field investigation was carried out, which allowed us to investigate how the director of the educational establishment carried out her activities of supervision, advice and training to the teaching staff respect to the permanence of virtual educational strategies in the learning process. Educational reality that demands that these professionals are constantly updated to effectively use educational devices, tools and applications. From this criterion, the director and teaching staff have the technological competence that allows them to use educational devices, tools and applications that help them implement virtual educational strategies. However, they are not effective because they use select groups of technological resources in the learning process within the classrooms.
