Abstract
The effectiveness is fundamental for the correct educational administration pillar, since through it the processes to be performed within the various institutions can be speeded up (efficiency) and really be objective and accurate (effectiveness) in the actions taken, however the dialectical relationship between the two terms is relevant because the single application of one of them would not be transcendent or generate positive results, for the simple fact that nothing would perform actions with agility if not done properly or your default perform a task rightly, but take a large amount of time to develop. We must recognize that the effectiveness is not an isolated term, but is related to other terms such as: motivation, work environment, education, educational supervision, administration, among others, which when combined articulate the necessary platform to achieve quality in the service provided. From the perspective of the social actors involved in research on the "effectiveness as a determinant of the quality of service of the Educational Supervision No. 96-39 in rural areas of Mazatenango" large contribution reflected, among which are: the existence of paradigms in terms of educational supervision by teachers establishments, the limited level of resources allocated to the offices of the supervision of Education and Administrative Technical Coordination school district, as well as ignorance of educators about the limitations in terms of human, material, and technological resources, which as a result is simply perceived as a service with partial effectiveness, however recognize how vital it is to have the resources needed to service delivery is essential, as it will enable to minimize the shortcomings, providing services with agility and objectivity, translating this into a quality service for the simple fact of meeting the needs of educational communities as well as direct and indirect users.
