Abstract

Abstract In the present study it was investigated the reference to Administrative Management as an influential factor in the acquisition of an infrastructure for the Administrative Technical Coordination of San Lorenzo Suchitepéquez. The same was developed through fieldwork that was carried out from may to october 2017, using the interview to the Administrative Technical Coordinator of the Municipality of San Lorenzo, Suchitepéquez department, to project how the administration is given in the municipality mentioned as the object of investigation. The district 10-07-04 was created without infrastructure, nor basic equipment to perform correctly each of the functions in the educational field. The Ministry of Education does not provide any benefit to these offices, the CTAs are responsible for making arrangements to perform their administrative tasks, then these professionals are active people to have offices and basic tools to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in their. Derived from the needs, given that it does not receive any help from the Ministry of Education, the Administrative Technical Coordinator of this district, as strategy manages with the different municipal authorities to solve their situation.
