Abstract

ABSTRACT The study of the subject was actually formulated to investigate, recognize and evaluate the degree of empowerment incidence in administrative processes, regardless of the type of leadership exercised by women workers in the Departmental Directorate of Education, since in the field of processes In education, the exercise of good leadership on the part of the administrators is considered fundamental, since this contributes to raising the educational quality in the administrative and of course the pedagogical and didactic, the processes of transformation and restructuring of the educational systems that purpose is to propose structures according to current changes and the demand of the population. In an increasingly changing society, education has the haughty need to find its spiritual roots, the meaning of its destiny and the truly human direction. That is why a paradigm shift is essential where there is educational administrative leadership that seeks the support of those who think in the same way, in the hope that when a group or a collectivity comes together in a search and a common goal, the effectiveness is greater. The methodology used allowed obtaining qualitative results that facilitated the process of unifying the criteria of each participant. Therefore, the information gives as a consequence that the management of empowerment in the administrative management is strengthened by several factors that are detailed in this report.
