Abstract

This research corresponds to the project profile of “Construction and Equipment of the Educational Complex of the Local Environmental Management Engineering degree at CUNSUROC -USAC-“; This document consists of the realization of environmental instruments, according to the category of the project according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, which include: an Initial Environmental Assessment, an Environmental Management Plan and Form of the National System for Investment Public (SNIP). According to the Tax List of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, the project is in a B2 category, so it was necessary to carry out an Initial Environmental Assessment and an Environmental Management Plan to process the Environmental Resolution; document requesting SEGEPLAN as a requirement to attach it to the file required by said institution, which contains 30 requirements to enter it to CODEDE and thus be able to execute the project as a public investment. In the Environmental Management Plan, the identification and assessment of the environmental impacts generated by the construction of the Educational Complex for the IGAL career in its planning, construction and operation stages was carried out; the most important are: removal of land, felling of trees, generation of dust, generation of noise, elimination of flora and fauna, generation of employment, health, safety and recreation. In addition, mitigation measures were identified at each stage of the project according to the impacts identified. The investment for the execution of the entire project is Q. 4,373,000.00 and will be located within the CUNSUROC
