Abstract

ABSTRACT Every education al institution must adapt for its operation to the educational legislation, stipulated in the civil service law hangovers the legal performance of public officials in our country; Apart from that, the Educational Supervisor must plan, coordinate, direct, supervise, control, execute and evaluate, within the process of the educational administration, which are necessary to carry out all work that generates a greater commitment of educators and administrators so that the execution of these phases is successful. The investigation was conducted with the purpose of obtaining information about legal bases that support the functions of the Administrative Technical Coordination School District 10-023 North Zone, Chicacao, Suchitepéquez. In the Administrative Technical Coordination School District 10-023 North Zone, Chicacao, Suchitepéquez, in addition to detecting what factor shiner the administrative process, it was determined that the majority of the staff does not know the legal bases that prevent the existing hierarchies from being respected, sometimes the Representativeness of the Technical Administrative Coordinator, as well as the cases or situations to be resolved, are addressed directly to the Department of Education of Suchitepéquez. Within the teaching and administrative staff there are disagree emits when ignoring the hierarchical midderangement presented by the figure of the Administrative Technical Coordinator of the district, according to data collected, the Administrative Technical Coordinator has sought ways to motivate and develop training on educational legislation, so that the Personnel in charge know the educational legislation and, above all, the legal bases of the Guatemalan Educational System.
