Abstract

ABSTRACT Teaching methods are the means that didactics uses to guide the teachinglearning process. It encompasses the methods used for instruction given by teachers to achieve the desired learning of students. The primary purpose of teaching methods is for students to appropriate the content more easily and in a higher percentage. they play a fundamental role in the objective of wanting to provide quality education because if non-innovative methods are used, students they will not achieve the established competencies. A quantitative methodology was used to record data that made it possible to accurately establish the teaching behavior of the study population. Descriptive research was also applied, which allowed us to observe the preparation of teachers and how much they prepare to innovate the way they teach their classes. Through correlational research, the way in which teachers teach was related to different variables and documentary research allowed the search and compilation of various contextual sources, allowing a panoramic view of the study problem. Based on the following research, it was identified how prepared and updated teachers are to be able to teach current students, who require active and dynamic methodologies that generate in them the desire to learn.
