Abstract
Abstract When talking about teacher training and professionalization and how it influences pedagogical practice, it is important to place ourselves in the situation that country is currently going through, which has struggled and continues to fight for significant changes in the educational field. This research refers to the importance that should be given to professionalization and teacher training, especially at the middle level, both basic and diversified, to contribute comprehensively to the development of society. The objective of this research is to determine the influence that professionalization has on the pedagogical practice of all those teachers who are in services in different educational institutions. The study focuses on the analysis that must be carried out on the professionalization process, which aims for the teacher to acquire knowledge to improve results in terms of educational quality.
