Abstract

ABSTRACT As part of the Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy and Educational Administration of CUNSUROC and based on being able to contribute to the needs of the Guatemalan student population, this research is carried out at the National Institute of Basic Education of Telesecundaria of Colonia La Independencia in the municipality of Mazatenango . , department of Suchitepéquez, based on the approach with students, teaching staff and administrative staff where the opportunity is presented to investigate the issue of the use of mobile phones as tools for collaboration and participation in the classroom as a way to innovate new communication tools. learning. The methodology used for its execution was based on a mixed approach due to its nature since it is linked not only to the needs of the students, but also to the incorporation of teachers in the adoption and acquisition of new tools. Likewise, during its process, findings were found that expose the need for students to adopt new technological tools, based on the fact that the majority of them do carry smart cell phones from which platforms, applications and educational programs can be incorporated. In this sense, at the end of this document you will find the necessary conclusions and recommendations that impact the educational community of the INEB of Telesecundaria de Colonia La Independencia in order to provide quality education linked to technology.
