Abstract

Abstract The Impact of the Parent Organization in the National Institute of Diversified Education INED, of San Pablo Jocopilas, Suchitepéquez, it is determined that the OPF provides a negative impact to the educational institution, since it is not involved with regard to its functions that should be developed for inter-institutional improvement, which brings with it disorder and workload for the administrative office, since it is currently the one that manages the programs of the Ministry of Education. Regarding the methodology used and techniques for carrying out and investigating, the qualitative method and the interview technique were used; to collect information in a truthful and concise manner with the actors who should intervene in the Parents' Organization, including the director, teachers and members of the parents' organization, which allowed for a formal investigation of the problem that concerns the educational institution. Regarding the impact that the OPF has on the educational establishment of the National Institute of Diversified Education INED. Among the important findings, it was discovered that the members of the Parents' Organization currently do not have children studying at the educational institution, since they took office in 2021, the year in which they enrolled their children, who They graduated in 2022. Therefore, they argue that they have no responsibility with the INED, a relevant fact is that today the members of the OPF work to support their homes and they do not have time to attend the meetings that administrative office schedules. Likewise, the teachers argue that they are not part of the school feeding commission, a fact that is worrying since, in the OPF regulations, it establishes that teachers and directors must provide support to the Parents' Organization and in this case the only one The body that has assumed the position is the administrative office, therefore, it was determined that no teacher is part of the commission described above.
