Abstract

Abstract The pedagogical and administrative assistance in the secondary level institutes, of the Administrative Technical Coordination district 96-44, of the municipality of Samayac, department of Suchitepéquez, is the problem investigated in this report, through various stages the respective research process was developed to the compilation of information that substantiates its existence and deficiency, as well as the individuals and institutions involved in said problem, finally allowing, based on the results, to be able to provide a proposal to reinforce pedagogical and administrative assistance. In it, the reasons why research on the topic is relevant are established and, in turn, the results from the application of the instruments used to obtain true information about what is currently happening in middle-level institutes and coverage are presented. administrative and pedagogical of the institutions, in order to obtain truthful information, the application of the quantitative method was resorted to, applied through surveys directed at the administrative staff of the institution, the Administrative Technical Commissioner and the middle level directors. Based on these results, poor relationships are evident on both sides of the research (Technical Administrative Coordination and directors) as well as the lack of communication and coverage by some members of the educational community, and as an important part a proposal is provided that seeks solve this problem through workshops and training based on solving the existing deficiency.
