Abstract

Adolescence is a stage of life where you ocurres physical, psychological, sexual and social changes occur a variety of positive and negative actions that make manifest in one way or another specifically damaging their educational actor; These attitudes influence academic performance, their abilities to perform various tasks or activities qualitatively and quantitatively. At this stage most young change principles and values learned at home by negative behaviors that hinder the good performance in their academic activities within the educational work. You need to take into account the diversity of factors influencing this educational act is reflected in the lack of interest in teaching and learning, the desire and enthusiasm, as well as the manifestation of good grades or qualifications. We can not even get away from that motivation is one of the essential elements for the young student to achieve complete this process and reach the goal that you set the constant education and training. Learning is part of the education and personal development. It must properly orient taking a change of behavior and experience. Learning and education is a part of life in all areas and the first educator is the family which forms values, behaviors preparing them for social life and education for employment. It is a process that takes place through the school community, administrators, teachers, students and parents. It is important that good communication between the two is maintained so that the process is successful. And in the end the student can perform academically.
