Abstract

ABSTRACT Ethics is the philosophical study of morality, professional ethics refers to the principles and manifested through attitudes human values that undoubtedly plays an essential role in the development of the individual as a professional in society. Professionalism, according to ethical standards must be properly applied to people with high academic levels to perform their duties in the best way on a solid foundation of values that prevent you from missing their commitment to serve society as it should be. The research focuses on "Professional Ethics and its Effects on Educational Administration" in order to obtain the information was made using inductive methodology, this methodology helped us to find the factors affecting professional ethics in educational administration and these They are: nepotism, favors and lack of ethics to reprimands. The importance of managing administrative situations properly is that education remains intact our professional personality also help to make the best decisions for improving education.
