Abstract

ABSTRACT At present, educational administrators and educators at a general level need to make different changes in their context, implementing them in their educational work, as administrative strategies, focused on inspiring other managers, and fostering an environment with a guideline to achieve the quality policy that drives the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Guatemala. Over the course of several periods, coaching has been applied in all educational and social fields. It follows that Coaching presents an innovative and current idea that improves the educational process, engaging and including teachers to work collectively, with objectives of formative projection. Therefore, it is emphasized that the implementation of Coaching is a process that is integrated in the development of personal skills, of the teacher that can be developed with attitude and aptitude, the promotion of this application of learning is a different way of creating new knowledge and the culture of values that form the human person in the concretion of dreams and ideals that teachers attached to the administrative process, develop and generate, to culminate in own ideas. To increase the administrative quality of the Director, it must contain a philosophy reflected in its way of leading as a team, developing skills in people to be effective, efficient, leadership, creative, quality and facilitate educational processes. In the municipality of Santo Domingo Suchitepéquez of the northern district, it was observed that there are weaknesses in the efficiency of the work of each director, when the documents of the various managements, that are requested in the Administrative Technical Coordination, are provided. The implementation of Coaching from the educational point of view comes to collaborate in the good communication and interpersonal relations of the people who take part in the educational process and to form new generations of citizens reflective of the present and future situation of the country, fomenting the confidence Interior of each.
