Abstract

Abstract The research presented involves different processes carried out, which allowed information to be collected regarding the object of research, starting with the Supervised Professional Exercise (EPS) from February to May, where observations were made to determine the weaknesses of the institution. Subsequently, in the month of August, the corresponding authorization was requested from the institution to be able to conduct a survey to the administrative staff and the Temporary Commissioner of Educational Administration. Obtaining the results of the problems detected in the Administrative Technical Coordination, District 96-44 of the Municipality of Samayac, Department of Suchitepéquez. Called “Administrative Lack and its control in educational work.” A descriptive research study was conducted to obtain characteristics of the administrative population, identifying the causes of administrative inadequacy. A quantitative methodology was the established, analyzing the pros and cons of the research variables. Survey and interview techniques were used with administrative staff. At the time of having the two surveys were available, the corresponding tabulation was carried out, stating that the administrative staff has the necessary capabilities, aptitudes and attitudes to execute the position profile, however, what was observed during the research process it's totally different.
