Abstract

ABSTRACT The Ministry of Education; as the governing body of Guatemalan education; Together with the Congress of the Republic, they join forces to achieve efficient educational quality for all those who belong to the national educational system. Therefore, the pedagogical and administrative technical functions for postpandemic educational improvement decided to give way to innovation in the educational act, each one taking their important role in teaching-learning. The qualitative and quantitative method is applied to the research, giving significant results in the search for an improvement proposal for the execution of the workshop and training program on the elaboration of Study Guides and Project-Based Learning. So also the use of media to maintain direct communication with teachers, students and parents; this in order to convey closeness. However, although the guides were created to obtain positive aspects that motivate their implementation; this, presented an ups and down of opinion and visualization, given that the educational and pedagogical answers were taken as trial and error; considering that they were only for basic and not for diversified. Therefore, with the present study, free passage was given to verify that some work tools were adapted to the context in which the student was, during distance education.
