Abstract

The research carried out focused on analyzing the different ways in which human relations could be strengthened within the working climate of the Escuela Nacional de Ciencias Comerciales (ENCC) night Day of the city of Mazatenango, Suchitepéquez. During this research the methodology used was inductive, using bibliographic research to achieve the necessary theoretical support of the study, also using surveys that were applied to all teachers and staff education campus, each with two questions with a dichotomous type response. The results shown after the tabulation of data indicate that human relationships within the school do exist, but are weakened, and that there are no activities or tools that are applied in order to strengthen and promote them, with the objective of optimizing the working climate within the educational campus, and what has resulted in difficulties.
