Abstract

Abstract The investigation consists of the role of the cataloger and its incidence in the personnel qualification board, where the steps carried out during the thesis are described, applied in the unit of the Personnel Qualification Board of the Departmental Directorate of Education of Suchitepéquez, with the purpose of to obtain enriching experiences for research. Through the investigation, the descriptive method will be used, which will allow to base the registration and cataloging process that is developed with the teachers, applying the legal regulations of Dignification and Cataloging of the National Teaching, through observation, interviews and surveys to the personnel that requests the service and the person in charge for the purpose. In this way, inconsistencies in their preparation, drafting and application at the time of care provided to teachers are reflected through service record documents, teacher files, teacher certificates and data updates.
