Abstract
In education it is common to hear about the many labor disputes between administrators and educational staff in different educational, public and private schools of our country. In response to this comes the initiative to hold this thesis entitled "knowledge of the education laws as a determinant of the administration of educational institutions attended by the educational supervision of the village Xejuyup, Nahualá, Sololá" said research composed of the following chapters: problem, methodological description, theoretical framework, analysis and discussion, finally the conclusions and recommendations reflecting the achievement of stated objectives in improving the problem arose.
