Abstract

ABSTRACT The leadership of principals in schools plays an important role in the development of the planned activities, as are appropriate to instill in teachers an adequate organizational climate for members of the educational community people. It is very important that administrators develop leadership, where all members of the educational community agree with the decisions made in welfare schools. The lack of leadership in educational institutions has led to conflicts between principals and teachers, impairing communication, human relations. That is why as a student of XI Cycle Race Degree in Education and Educational Administration Suroccidente University Center of the University of San Carlos of Guatemala presented the study entitled "Leadership Directors in Public School District 10- Establishments 03-07 of the municipality of San Francisco Zapotitlán, Suchitepéquez department”
