Abstract

ABSTRACT The present research is intended to know the quality of the administration in the performance of the teachers of the Institute of Basic Education by Prof. José Francisco Figueroa Lara Cooperative of the municipality of Santo Domingo, Suchitepéquez; to perform it was used the quantitative methodology because this allows us to make a clear judgment that is based on the elements that are in the context. To do this, several instruments and techniques were used to collect the information among which we can mention: observation, survey guides that were examined to obtain numerical data, then make a tabulation with them to have the results clear. The director of this educational center does not have too much time of experience in the position due to that in this academic cycle took possession of the position; it is known that as an administrator of an educational center should be motivating, guiding, supervising, especially support for their teachers, because even if you have the best qualified and professional staff is never more than the help of a leader, in this way it will be possible to maintain excellent human relations with the team, applying a good organizational climate for the educational community.
