Abstract

This scientific study has as its main theme “Leadership and its impact on the achievement of educational and administrative activities of the staff of the Institute of Basic Cooperative Education of the municipality of Zunilito, Suchitepéquez”, therefore, it is focused on the analysis and teaching evaluation, administrative duties of teaching, and the administrative and operative of the aforementioned instituion staff. To carry out this process, initally, it is necessary to apply different instruments for data collection, such as: surveys semi-scriptures that carried out the administrative personnel, educational and operating of the institution staff and an open interview to the Director of accomodations in order to obtain relevant further analysis and discussion of the data obtained during the investigación. In terms of structure, is composed of five chapters, the first chapter, is the problem statement. In the second chapter, the methodological description that is applied is metioned. The third chapter consiste of the theoretical framework underlying theoreticial precepts related to the name of the thesis. The fourth chapter integrates the analysis and discussion of the data obtained during the study and in the fifth chapter, recommendations and conclusions that this study was completed will be found.
