Abstract

RESUMEN El ejecutar un proceso de investigación requiere de varios elementos los cuales sirven de apoyo para poder obtener resultados y cumplir con los objetivos que se plantean dentro de la misma. Es por ello que para este proceso de investigación; setuvola oportunidad de acceder al centro educativo; Instituto Nacional de Educación Básica de Telesecundaria Cantón Buena Vista, del municipio de San Francisco Zapotitlán departamento de Suchitepéquez. Para poder realizar dicho proceso dentro de la institución antes mencionada; se solicitó el permiso de las autoridades del centro educativo, dando inicio a la etapa que sería la base de la investigación. Teniendo el acceso al centro; se inició un estudio cualitativo, con lo cual se pudo abarcar el espacio para trabajar la técnica del estudio de 5casoseducativos, así mismo compartir situaciones educativas que diariamente se presentaban. El proceso de investigación dentro de dicha institución inicia de manera sencilla, utilizando primeramente la observación que es una técnica que no debe faltar dentro de todo proceso, ya que es capaz de detectar hasta el detalle más mínimo. Al realizar dicha observación se pudo iniciar el proceso diagnóstico, a través del cual se pudieron detectar diferentes fenómenos que hace cierto tiempo se venían presentando. Dichos fenómenos detectados pudieron dar un punto de partida para aclarar dudas y buscar soluciones; que es lo principal y lo que nuestra casa de estudios pretende con la realización de estos procesos de investigación. Teniendo claro estos fenómenos, se inició la clasificación de los más relevantes para atender. Es por ello que el fenómeno detectado y que más agobiaba a dicha institución educativa; era la conducta que cierta población estudiantil presentaba de manera negativa, específicamente rebelde. Estos casos se pudieron visualizar a través de entrevistas no solo con el personal docente, personal administrativo y de servicio sino con la misma población estudiantil. Lo cual dio vida a la investigación científica de dicho problema. Teniendo planteada la siguiente hipótesis, “La atención afectiva que recibe el adolescente determina su proclividad a la rebeldía juvenil” se determinó que a través de la investigación realizada, la misma queda comprobada. ABSTRACT The execution of a research process requires several elements that serve as support to be able to obtain results and meet the objectives that arise within it. To be able to perform this process within the aforementioned institution; Permission was requested from the authorities of the educational center, initiating the stage that would be the basis of the investigation. Having access to the center; A qualitative study was started, which could cover the space to work the technique of the study of 5 educational cases, as well as share educational situations that were presented daily. The research process within this institution starts in a simple way, using first the observation that isa technique that should not be lacking in every process, since it is able to detect even the smallest detail. When this observation was made, it was possible to initiate the diagnostic process, through which different phenomena could be detected that had been present for some time. These detected phenomena could give a starting point to clarify doubts and seek solutions; which is the main thing and what our house of studies intends with the realization of these research processes. Having clear these phenomena began the classification of the most relevant to attend. It is for that reason that the phenomenon detected and that most overwhelmed to that educational institution; was the behavior that a certain student population presented in a negative, specifically rebellious manner. These cases could be visualized through interviews not only with the teaching staff, administrative staff and service but also with the same student population. This gave life to the scientific investigation of this problem. Having put forward the following hypothesis, "The affective attention that the adolescent receives determines its proclivity to the youthful rebelliousness" was determined that through the realized investigation, the same one is proven.
