Abstract

ABSTRACT The study of the subject was formulated in order to investigate and recognize the degree of disinterest that administrative and teaching staff have about the proper use of digital and technological tools, considering the importance that this plays within the work environment of administrative and teaching staff. , in addition, the importance in the search for educational quality and significant value in the face of the new educational reality that exists in the country, without forgetting the important value that it has, which contributes to educational improvement, not only in human relations but also in the way of working as a team of the administrative and teaching staff of the district, structuring the educational system with these aspects. At present, social, educational, political, cultural and technological changes have been observed that have altered human relationships in the workplace, thus recognizing that every human being cannot survive isolated from society, since they are always submerged within any social group with common purposes. This determines that education is one of the areas that has primarily undergone a radical change due to the fact that there is currently a global pandemic that has spread to all continents, this has caused teachers and administrative staff to They must use technological tools when educating and educating themselves or work virtually. For this reason, a change is relevant where administrative and teaching personnel are positively sought to manage technology appropriately in the workplace and education, accepting it as a primary and common objective, thereby improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the institution. , providing progress and seeking improvement in its proper functioning, obtaining quality standards, demonstrating to society that there is the ability to prepare and prepare responsible citizens willing to adapt to all types of change, in addition to solving problems that arise in a future. The methodology used gave quantitative results that reflect the criterio of each participant surveyed. Certainly this information gives as a consequence that the administrative staff as teachers have settled in a certain way not to seek training on the proper use of technological and digital tools in the face of the new educational reality, aspects that are detailed in the following report.
