Abstract

RESUMEN El presente informe de Sistematización de experiencia del Ejercicio Profesional Supervisado -EPS- sobre la línea de Gestión del Desarrollo, realizado con el Consejo Comunitario de Desarrollo -COCODE- de la Lotificación Rodríguez, Retalhuleu, Retalhuleu; es requisito para optar al título de Licenciada en Trabajo Social del Centro Universitario del Sur Occidente de la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala -CUNSUROC-USAC-. Se incluyen los resultados obtenidos durante la realización del EPS, en donde se realizaron varios proyectos que tuvieron como fin promover el desarrollo a través del fortalecimiento de las funciones de los integrantes del Consejo de Desarrollo Comunitario en la realización de proyectos. La experiencia obtenida en el EPS, es importante en la formación del profesional de Trabajo Social aplicando la teoría en congruencia con la práctica, en donde se tiene la oportunidad de aplicar el conocimiento adquirido en los salones de clases y contribuir a la satisfacción de necesidades sociales para generar desarrollo. ABSTRACT The present report of systematization of experience of the exercise professional supervised -EPS- on the line of development management, carried out with the Community Council of Development - COCODE - the subdivision Rodriguez, Retalhuleu, Retalhuleu; It is a requirement to qualify for the title of Bachelor work Social of the Center College of the South West of the University of San Carlos of Guatemala - CUNSUROC-USAC-. Include the results obtained during the implementation of EPS, in where there were several projects that had intended to promote development through the strengthening of the functions of the members of the Council of community development projects. The experience gained in the EPS, is important in the formation of professional Social work applying the theory in accordance with the practice, where you have the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom and to contribute to meeting social needs to generate development.
