Abstract

Among the educational institutions various types of relationships between adolescents of different grades are established diversified cycle. One type of relationship is conducted from violent behavior between them, which are required for three actors: some are young offenders, some are victims and some are spectators. This research aims to be a literature review on the topic of school bullying or harassment and the impact it has on students 'Georg Kerschensteiner' Industrial Technical Institute. These actors of bullying, have certain characteristic personality traits, which help to establish profiles for each of them, which leads them to commit violent scenes, where as a result, have harmful effects on their overall personality. t is thus achieved as describe the impact that such adolescents to present such information helps to generate intervention strategies in both the personal and context within educational institutions, to counter this phenomenon. Also shows a current problem that exists in the aforementioned school, then submit proposals, where you can mention the good human relations and coexistence, which contributes to the prevention of bullying, which has affected hundreds of students.
